Job Title: Chat Specialist
Level/Salary Range: $3-6 per hour (dependant on the page)
Position Type: 8 hours per day 6 days per week

Mandatory Job Requirements:

  • 18 months working as a full-time chatter for either an Onlyfans Agency or an independent model
  • Must have a high level proficiency of in written and spoken English 
  • Own a laptop and access to high-speed internet 

Job Role

The role of a Professional Chatter is to respond to messages and generate sales by upselling the client/model content. 

Having excellent written communication skills. Being able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, written medium. Responding to customer inquiries quickly, directly, and concisely will help with satisfaction ratings. 

Engage proactively. – Chatter assistants must drive the conversation to ensure fans/subscribers will be retained and maintain their loyalty to the clients. 

Multi-tasks effectively – Successful chatter assistants must handle more than one chat at a time. For each conversation, agents must reply to fans’/subscribers’ questions, antics, dubious requests, and annoying personalities. 

Understands Trigger Statements – Chat assistant agents need to know how to read a conversation for potential phrases that will lead to a potential sale, buyer, and spender. 

Sets Expectations – Working with multiple chats, researching fans/subscribers added notes, and finding helpful FAQs or backreading the previous conversation can cause prolonged periods of dead air. Chat assistants must ensure the fans/subscribers are being responded to, and the conversation should be in good flow without inconsistency. 

Doesn’t Need a Script – Chatter assistants should be able to think on their feet, meet customers at their level, and improvise during a conversation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Accounts Executive to join our team.
